Lancombe ![]() | BookingsShort BreaksDuring October - Easter short breaks of three nights or more are available and may start and finish on any day of the week (except for Christmas and New Year). After Easter until September, though lettings are normally for a week, short breaks may be available from 4 weeks prior to the start of the holiday - it's always worth asking! Prices on application. How to BookIn the first instance we recommend that you have a look through our selection of our cottages and select the one which best suits your needs. Then simply click on prices/availability to be taken to our online availability chart, which shows you when that property is available, and also a guide to how much your stay will cost. We offer our cottage breaks for a number of time periods to suit your needs. At the top of the availability chart simply choose the type of booking required - from a short 3 night break to a week away, or even a stay over the Christmas period. Once you have found an available start date to suit you, simply click upon the date and you will be asked to fill in and submit a simple online form about your requirements. Once we have received the booking request we will provisionally book the cottage. We will confirm the booking to you via e-mail or telephone. Internet bookings will be held for four working days, once we have attempted to contact you, to allow for receipt of a deposit cheque. Please write your booking reference number on the back of the cheque. If you wish to book by post, please download our booking form and send it to us along with your deposit cheque. We ask for a deposit of 25% of the full cost, with the balance due 28 days prior to the holiday. Cheques are payable to 'Lancombe Country Cottages'. Telephone bookings will be held for four working days to allow for receipt of a booking form and deposit. The Small PrintIf you unfortunately have to cancel your holiday you will still be liable for the full cost. However, if we manage to re-let the cottage we will refund the amount paid less the deposit. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance. Non payment of a deposit or balance due by the specified date will be assumed to be a cancellation. We ask that you consider the comfort and enjoyment of other guests and we reserve the right to ask visitors to leave where their behaviour is detrimental. The number of people in each cottage must not exceed the capacity for that cottage, except for children under two. To access the 'Booking Form' you will need Adobe Reader which can be downloaded by clicking here. |
